Taking service design for a walk

In 2017 I formed a research partnership with Montsalvat Arts Centre to test the effectiveness of Sarah Pink’s (2007) Sensory walking research in the context of a service design project. The research was conducted for the capstone project of the Master of Design Futures program (RMIT) and produced an audit of Montsalvat’s visitor service experience.
