White Labelled, e-commerce consultancy

On return from London in 2010, I joined White Labelled as their first full-time staff member. It was a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce consultancy – a start-up that specialised in deep technical integrations into Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Customer relationship management (CRM) systems. During this time, our team doubled staff numbers and annual revenues, and I played a hybrid role responsible for project and account management, operations, and delivery. This consultancy built some of Australia’s first online stores, and I leveraged my UK experience to develop services, including strategic, front-end, and user-experience design. I delivered projects for Watches of Switzerland, TAC, Instant Rockstar, and Adore Beauty with a talented team of designers and engineers.
