Working in a small team, our design pod focused on redesigning customer reporting for the self-service platform. Reporting extended to all small business products, and required our team to immerse ourselves into the complex product, systems and data structures to understand how best to present results for customers based on their buy.
Working with the lead I contributed to design, research and testing iterations through sprints. Responsibilities included designing early sprints, stakeholder interviews, service mapping, user research, prototype design, presentations and reports, showcase updates.
- First design pod to design, test and release design within a complex program of work.
- Introduction of Design Thinking approach to business – iterative design, research and test of solutions
- Scaleable design that will grow with the business as investment becomes available for successive feature development.
