My role as Delivery Manager was to co-ordinate the global project team of 60+ stakeholders including multi-discipline agency & client teams.

Working closely with colleagues and team members to co-ordinate the Discovery phase, I coordinated delivery of key client presentations, weekly stakeholder meetings and development of agency deliverables. This work was focused on establishing the strategic direction for the global website redesign, and providing support to key clients as they sought buy-in from global peers.

Our deliverables included: A Digital Strategy paper, Point of View documents, Business Requirements (elicited from global team members via workshops), User Experience Workshops & stakeholder interviews, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Content Strategy, Creative Concepts and Interface Design Templates.

Project teams were remotely located in Kansas, Amsterdam, London, and Melbourne with regular stakeholder workshops in London.
