I contracted at Wunderman to lead the creative development of adidas’ first e-commerce site. A huge and complex project, as Project Director I was responsible for managing a large budget & co-ordinating 50+ stakeholders (multi-agency & client side teams).

I led the creative work-streams: UX & interface design, whilst co-ordinating technical agencies for delivery and interfacing with clients & stakeholders. Client & project teams were located globally from USA to Germany to London; and travel for meetings & presentations was part of the role.

The images within this post show the output of a UX workshop held over several days, culminating in a set of approved wireframes for technical & interface design to commence.

The challenge of integrating an e-Commerce offering into the existing brands and ranges to provide full marketing flexibility in the early days of eCommerce was a great challenge.
