I’m a strategic designer who thinks holistically about the systems they design into. I consider context, culture, tolerance, mindset and behaviour to validate problems through several lenses, and work towards scalable recommendations.
I research service experiences and conduct sense-making activities to deliver innovation or CX enhancements. I work collaboratively with hybrid teams through a double diamond process using a variety of methods and tools.
I design research plans based on the problem to be solved, and work collaboratively to research, produce artefacts, synthesise data, obtain insights and communicate service landscapes to improve understanding of the right problem.
I combine experience producing digital communication and sales channels for global brands, with HCD training to deliver exceptional customer experiences. I've designed and delivered complex multi-channel programs of work. Held senior roles with responsibility for stakeholder management, strategic program design, production, system and technology integration.
