CX Strategy

I design strategy with a focus on customer experience across channels and touch points. I draw on years of commercial experience and design thinking training.

UX Research

I research to understand, create insights and collaboratively solve design problems. I can research before, during and after design and development.

Service Design

I use Service Design methods & tools to improve understanding and sensemaking within teams, and to support innovation and improvements to customer experience.


Experience delivering eCommerce channels to range of clients – strategy, design, development, technology integration and systems – agency & client side.

Marketing & Social

Experience with digital marketing & social campaigns in both agency and client side roles – micro-sites, mobile, email, search, social, content marketing, community management and brand monitoring.

Production & Delivery

I’ve certified in PRINCE2 & AgilePM methods, and have worked in a range of roles including; Exec Producer, Project Lead, Program Manager and Head of Digital.
